Care

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For marks, use a cloth that is barely damp, then dry straight away. Avoid polish, silicone sprays and household cleaners, which can cloud the finish. Keep the box out of direct sunlight and away from heaters, as both can fade and dry the timber. Clean the glass with a little glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth, never onto the box. Brush velvet linings lightly with a soft brush or use a lint roller to lift dust.
